Tip for Paper Crafting Cutting Mats

When using cutting mats for paper crafting, after some time they stop being sticky which leads to the paper not staying in place while your cutting machine works. When the paper doesn’t stay put, the project ends up fuzzy or ripped leading to lots of wasted material and frustration. You don’t have to throw away those cutting mats, though! First, try washing them with warm water and mild soap. If that doesn’t revive them, try using a spray tack glue that is repositionable, such as Zig 2 Way Glue. Spray it on your cutting mat, let it dry, then use your cutting mat as usual!
