Crochet Pumpkin
Want to learn to crochet? Need new decorations for the fall? Come learn to crochet and create your fall decorations with us! Julie will teach you the basics of crochet while you make your own pumpkin.
No prior knowledge is necessary, this workshop is beginner friendly! Julie will walk you through how to read a pattern and will teach a few basic crochet stitches step-by-step. By the end of our workshop you will have all the tools and skills you need to begin crocheting on your own, and a pumpkin to prove it!
There is a minimum of 4 people required to hold this class.
| Instructor Bio: | Julie is an avid crafter and loves working with yarn. She learned to knit from her grandmother and to crochet from her mother as a young girl, over 20 years ago. Julie taught high school before becoming a mother, and and now channels her love of teaching into classes in the fiber arts. Julie runs a small business, Nicholls Knits LLC in Dearborn Heights and has taught classes at local libraries, and the Dearborn Shop, as well as participating in craft fairs and art shows across the metro Detroit area. |
