Journal prompts will be provided each week. Some weeks will involve fabric or yarn or paper or paint. Buttons and beads may also appear.

There will be 2 or more prompts. Supplies that may be needed for these prompts will be provided.

Participants can use these prompts as starting places for this week's journal exercise or use one they decide is more meaningful for them. Supplies may or may not be available if non-class prompts are used.

There are no rules, no best practices, no pressure. There will be guidance if needed. There will be freedom to express yourself in a safe place.
