We will cover using a sewing machine to adjust the hem of pants or sleeves, add darts, and hand sew buttons. Repairing ripped seams will be addressed.

Students must bring:
*clothing in need of repair: buttons sewn back on, seams repaired, hems taken up or re-sewn
*sewing machine OR hand needles, thread & bobbins, scissors (Class time will be used for machine sewing when possible).
*recommended: notebook and pen/pencil

Some supplies available for purchase at class: buttons and basic sewing notions kit.

This class addresses the repairs and alterations required by the students in that class. Therefore, it is different each session.
