Always wanted to know how to sew, but don't know where to start? Have a sewing machine, but don't know how to use it? Come learn how while having fun and learning about fabric, patterns, and basic sewing skills!
Sewing basics will be discussed with a focus on proper technique and safety. Once you have the basics down, it's time to explore and play with fabric! Beginning sewists will complete a beginner-friendly project each week. All students will complete a project in each class.
This is a 4-week program. Students are not required to take each class in order but beginners are encouraged to do so. Each class will build on previous classes and add new skills and techniques. There are four classes that build skills and teach new techniques each session.
